Almost there! Nikki Sixx’s wife, Courtney Sixx, celebrated her first pregnancy with a baby shower on Sunday, May 5.
“Ruby is kicking and moving around like crazy since yesterday,” the DIY expert, 33, captioned an Instagram upload that same day. “I think she must have felt all of the immense outpouring of love from all of my wonderful family and friends. I’m getting so excited to meet her I can’t hardly stand it.”
She added: “I think these next two months are going to go by so slow because I’m just dying for her to get here but I’m making sure to enjoy every single moment because at the same time I know the rest of my pregnancy will go by so quickly.”
The model announced in January that she and the Mötley Crüe member, 60, are expecting their first child together.
“We are over the moon excited to be having a baby!” she told Us Weekly at the time. “Nikki is going to be the most amazing dad in the world because he already is.”
The musician already has four children from previous marriages, sharing Gunner, 28, Storm, 25, and Decker, 23, with his first wife, Brandi Brandt, and Frankie-Jean, 18, with his second, Donna D’Errico.
One month after her announcement, Courtney revealed she and the rockstar have a baby girl on the way.
“My dream has always been to have a little girl,” she told Us. “I cannot wait [to] dress her up like a princess and do lots and lots of art and flower projects with her! Hopefully she loves pink as much as her mommy does!”
